Housing Stabilization Services are available to all Minnesota individuals on Medicare who are facing housing insecurity.

• According to the Department of Human Services, a person must meet the following criteria:
• * Be eligible for Medical Assistance (MA).
• * Be at least 18 years old.
• * Have a documented disability or chronic illness.
• * You may be experiencing housing insecurity.
